💰 PaymentFull payment upfront is required. You will have 24 hours to complete payment.If payment isn’t received within that time, your order will be canceled.All prices are in USD or MXN. PayPal invoices only in MXN.USD payments use a fixed exchange rate of MXN 20 per dollar.Due to the significant daily fluctuations in the exchange rate applied by PayPal, my rules set the equivalent at: 1 USD = 20 MXN.Any attempt to negotiate this rate will result in cancellation of your order.⚠️ No refunds will be issued once payment is made, regardless of waiting time or personal change of mind.

🕒 Deadlines & Delivery TimeI am currently the main financial provider for my family and caretaker of my fiancé, who lives with chronic pain, arthritis, and health issues related to HIV.
Because of this, my workload and delivery times depend heavily on real-life circumstances.Average delivery time is between 3 to 6 months, depending on the commission’s complexity and current queue.Larger or more detailed pieces may take longer.Please do not commission me if you are not comfortable with extended waiting periods.Posting adoptables or YCHs does not mean I’m ignoring commissions — these are part of how I cover medical and daily expenses between larger works.🖌️ Work ProcessYou will receive a WIP sketch within 30 to 60 business days after payment.Once the sketch is approved, the final artwork will be delivered within the remaining 3–6 month timeframe.Updates will be posted in the Trello queue above, or sent directly upon request.Please remember: life events and health issues may cause delays, but I always aim to keep communication open and honest.✏️ RevisionsYou can request changes during the sketch phase for free.Once rendering begins, only small fixes (color, lighting, etc.) are allowed.Major redesigns after approval will incur additional charges.🚫 Refunds & CancellationsNo refunds under any circumstance (full or partial).Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms.Clients who become rude, demanding, or disrespectful will have their commission canceled with no refund and may be blacklisted from future orders.📢 CommunicationYou may ask for progress updates once a month if needed.Please avoid spam messages or public complaints; I’m a one-person artist handling both my work and family care.Your patience and kindness truly help me keep creating. 💚💾 UsageYou may repost your commission as long as you give proper credit and link back to my social media.
